This study approaches how brain relaxation therapy relates to middle-aged health in a statistical and clinical way. By middle age, the body becomes weak and immunity decreases. Middle-aged people participate in a variety of natural healing programs and use craniotomy and emotional freedom techniques among brain relaxation treatments that enhance immunity. In order to analyze whether these brain relaxations affect autoimmune enhancement, the results of the brain frequency measurement evaluation and subjective evaluation using surveys were drawn before and after the program. In order to analyze the effects of natural healing brain relaxation education programs on improving autoimmuneability, the effects of CST and EFT on emotional stability and stress reduction were measured with EGG (brainwave meter). In order to perform natural healing brain relaxation therapy, 36 students who attended the Gwanak Education and Culture Center in Gwanak-gu, Seoul and completed 100% of the training were tested to measure the effectiveness of skull therapy and emotional freedom techniques. As a result, brain relaxation therapy has been analyzed to increase emotional stability (p<0.05).It was analyzed to reduce stress and increase self-effectiveness (p>0.05). Therefore, brain relaxation therapy can activate synapses in the brain to increase emotional stability, stress reduction, and self-effectiveness.
